Introduction to Racing

Learn and feel what it’s like to drive a true race car. This one day class will give you an opportunity to learn the basics of driving a race car. Safety, driving line, timing and focus are just a few topics discussed in the morning. Vehicle construction, dynamics, tires and performance prepare you for your driving experience. You will be given a training ride demonstration by an experienced race car driver, and finally drive in three 10-lap sessions-each critiqued by your instructor. You will experience 40-50+ laps during your class day. This class is offered during the driving day of a regularly scheduled class.
